WARM WELCOME

Our friendly and professional staff will greet you when you arrive.

DISCOVERY APPOINTMENT

Your chiropractor will sit down with you to discuss your medical history, current symptoms, and any specific concerns or goals you may have. This is an essential step to understanding your unique needs.

Exam Process Day 1

We will complete a thorough physical examination, which may include assessing your posture, range of motion, x-rays, and performing orthopedic/ neurological tests.

Treatment Plan Day 2

You will return for a second visit and meet with the doctor to review a personalized treatment plan for you. This plan will outline the recommended chiropractic care and other therapies that will help you feel your best again.

CHIROPRACTIC ADJUSTMENTS

The cornerstone of chiropractic care, adjustments involve gentle and precise manipulation of the spine. This aims to improve spinal alignment, reduce pain, and enhance your overall well-being.

EDUCATION

Your chiropractor will educate you on your treatment plan and offer guidance on exercises, lifestyle changes, and ergonomics that can support your recovery and long-term wellness.

FOLLOW-UP VISITS

You will return for a varying number of visits based on your personalized care plan. It is essential to follow your care plan to achieve optimal results that last. The follow-up visits will include adjustments and additional therapies as needed.

WELLNESS CARE

Even after your initial symptoms improve, many patients choose to continue chiropractic care for overall wellness and to prevent future issues.

What to know before your first visit:

1. New Patient Paperwork

Streamline your first visit by completing our convenient new patient paperwork in advance, ensuring a seamless entry into our care and allowing more time for personalized attention to your health needs. Once you book your appointment, you will receive an email from our office with a link to the paperwork as well as more information about our office.

2. What to Bring

For a successful visit, remember to bring any relevant medical records, your ID, insurance information, and a list of current medications – empowering our team to provide you with the most comprehensive and personalized chiropractic care.

3. What to Wear

Wear comfortable clothing to your appointment, enabling the doctors to assess and address your concerns effectively while ensuring you feel at ease during the appointment.

4. Appointment Length

Your first appointment generally takes 45-60 minutes to allow ample time for a thorough evaluation, personalized treatment, and to answer any questions you may have. If you plan to fill out the paperwork in-office, please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow the full appointment time with the doctor.
