I’ve been going here for a while and as a CrossFit athlete - re_Health helps me continue to compete in a safe and effective way. They take my concerns and health seriously.

I’ve been going to re_Health for awhile. Staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Josh has helped speed up the healing process of a sports injury so I was able to get back on my feet quickly. It is great going to a place that takes care of their patients like they’re family.

An incredible experience everytime I go to re_Health! They're efficient and effective when it comes to their services. But also never rush you or make you feel uncomfortable. It's easy to schedule there and worth every penny. You have to check them out!

Excellent care, friendly staff, and a very comfortable environment. The chiropractor takes time to listen, explain everything clearly, and genuinely cares about helping patients feel better. I always leave feeling better than when I came in. Highly recommend!

I have my own chiropractor, but decided to give re_health a try. They came to my gym to try out their services. I initially started with the dry needling. I didn’t think much but the expertise of Dr. Austin and his thoroughness really impressed me to keep coming back. I love that he gives me advice on how to better my health and how thorough examine they do at in-take. You get x-rays so they can get an understanding of your anatomy to properly evaluate you and determine your treatment. They’re so thorough that your x-rays are sent over for further evaluation by experts just in case additional findings are allocated. The office staff consists of two beautiful and lovely ladies, Anna and Emma who assist you before seeing the doctor. I love this office because it’s such a relaxing environment. The services offered are unlimited to adjustments, functional healthcare, massages, to dry needling. It’s an all around wellness center and they offer programs tailored specifically to you. I’m glad this office found me at my gym because it has significantly improved my recovery time and assisted with me having fewer injuries and issues at the gym.

Trying to remain active in your 40s comes with its challenges. I had become accustomed to constant minor injuries that took weeks or months to resolve and didn’t even realize I had limited mobility in my back. Finally decided to make a real appointment after feeling the benefits of dry needling & cupping when they visited our gym and I’m so glad I did! I had no idea how out of whack my back was until Dr. Josh adjusted it and suddenly I had so much more mobility! Other tricks & tools have helped loosen up chronically tense muscles and alleviated nerve issues that I thought were just part of aging. I am now mostly on a maintenance schedule to stay on top of things and head off issues before they develop into something more. I recently developed another minor injury and took advantage of Dr. Austin’s visit to our gym & my next office appointment and whatever voodoo magic he’s done has made a world of difference. Definitely glad I finally decided to make that first appointment.

My family has had a fantastic ongoing care experience with Dr. Josh and his awesome staff. I’m updating this review just to emphasize that their program of care is a fantastic supplement to support both spinal and overall health, whether you’re a desk jockey or an athlete. Over the last year, I started a program of strength training (gotta stave off that midlife muscle loss!). In years past, I always had to stop lifting due to back pain. Thanks in part to getting regular care from re_Health Studio, I’ve been able to stay in fighting form. I’ve had back, neck, and hip issues for years and they have improved dramatically under re_Health’s program of care, and my husband’s very tricky lower back problem is now a thing of the past. It’s different from the average “snap crackle pop” experience at some chiropractic offices - more like an ongoing PT program with additional therapies at hand to support you. Everyone who works there is also friendly, professional, and super kind, and their scheduling and communication practices are excellent - and it feels like they’re always looking for ways to improve the patient care experience. I’m a big fan!

10/10 recommend coming here! Staff is amazing and friendly and truly makes you feel like family. They take the time to figure out what is going on and find a plan that best suits you.

I have been seeing Dr. Josh for 4 years now and it has been so helpful through pregnancy and postpartum! He address any issues I have, not just back pain. He has also been a great resource when I have questions or concerns about my son! He helps in anyway he can!

I have really enjoyed my appointments with Dr. Josh and his team. I came in with a very limited view on what it means to go to a chiropractor, and after my consultation, I learned that there is so much more than what I see on social media. From day one, Dr. Josh has provided a ton of helpful information and has given me some tips and exercises specific to my needs. Dr. Josh and his team are always super nice and also care about your goals not just from what they treat, but also what you’re working on outside of their care. Highly recommend!

I was one of the early clients and it’s been awesome to watch the practice grow, but the one thing that hasn’t changed is how much they care about their patients. The team takes the time to actually listen and figure out what’s going on instead of just rushing you in and out. They focus on fixing the root of the problem and helping you stay healthy long term. Great people, great atmosphere, and they run a really professional operation. If you’re in Charlotte and dealing with pain or just want to take better care of your body, I highly recommend checking them out.

i was looking for preventative, wholistic care to help me in my fitness journey, and i’ve been very pleased with the care! there is great attention to detail and consideration for every person that walks through the door. i think what i appreciate most, outside of the incredibly kind team of people that work here, is the overall mission. they want people to improve and grow and move on. it is so easy to tell people they need continual care, but their goal is for you to improve so you no longer need them. i will be sad for the day i no longer need to come in all the time because it is such a joy to walk into that office. i not only feel better from adjustment, but the staff often lifts my spirits! if you’re looking for thoughtful care to improve your physical condition, i highly recommend trying re_health studio!

I had been dealing with constant sharp pain in my hips and had been nursing a pectoral injury for about a year and half and still dealing with pain. As a barber on my feet all day, that really sucked! I was in pain every day so I decided to check out Dr. Josh! He does things the right way and is very attentive and knowledgeable with his care. Ive been going here for about 3 or 4 months now and its amazing. I feel amazing and the ongoing care is top notch. The investment is 100% worth it. Everyone at the office is amazing. The manager, Anna, and Emma are amazing and on top of everything! Highly recommend

The staff is always kind and accommodating providing great service. They serve a large number of clientele but always make you feel like you’re their only patient. The treatments are great and they focus on your overall health and wellbeing.

I’ve been coming here for almost 4 years and Dr. Josh and Dr. Abby have really helped me with my back pack on multiple occasions, and are currently helping with jaw pain too. Everyone there is really nice and sweet and it’s a great environment.
